OUR MISSION: The primary and main mission for this ARA Northridge Kidney Center is to welcome our patients into our dialysis clinic, greeting them in a friendly caring manner. Our staff members are highly trained and dedicated in providing each patient the best professional and compassionate medical service while attending our kidney center while undergoing their prescribed outpatient dialysis services. Each person, medical staff, patient as well as their caregiver are assured that their treatment will be given in a caring and respectful manner, ever mindful of cultural and ethnic diversity covering all and including individual differences. As a professional medical service organization, we demonstrate our commitment to our staff and patient by always being at our best professionally to maintain our physician partnership, which allows us to achieve our goals in providing the best dialysis service possible. We take responsibility and maintain accountability in what we do and to strive to ever improve our services with technology and growth. We exercise an ongoing training program for our staff, as well as for our patients to better improve their understand of their treatment, along with trying to improve their health and welfare; we encourage mutual problem solving in order to establish an environment that is both comfortable and conducive in our focusing on the physical and emotional well being of our patients.

Jason Aschenbrenner is a registered nurse who currently specializes in dialysis treatment. He received his BSN from Regis University in 1999. He spent 2 years working in cardiac care before moving to ICU patient care in 2001. After 10 years as an ICU charge nurse he accepted a position with ARA as a charge nurse for the Westminster, CO unit. In 2013 he was promoted to his current position as clinic manager of the Northridge unit.
In his free time Jason enjoys camping, fishing and being in the beautiful Colorado Mountains and is an enthusiastic Broncos fan. Jason resides in Denver with his wife and daughter.
