Kidney Center of Lafayette is located near Good Samaritan Medical Center on the southeast corner of Campus Drive and 112th Street. We’re easy to reach from US 287, or via the Northwest Parkway (Toll Road).

We are a spacious CMS 5 Star Rated Dialysis Facility offering in-center Hemodialysis, Peritoneal Dialysis, and Home Hemodialysis programs. Our clinic manager and staff are among the most experienced in the Colorado region, and we consistently produce some of the best clinical outcomes in the network and the country.

We have 24 stations, each one equipped with heated or massage chairs, all new TVs with DirecTV programming, and other amenities.
